Canvas Clipping Issue

**Describe the bug**
When trying to answer a question in Canvas' Quiz system, harper's suggestion popups seem to be rendered clipped

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Open canvas Quiz
2. Enter grammatical error
3. Open harper suggestion

**Platform**
Helium on MacOS (Chrome Extension v0.67.0), Canvas LMS (Oregon State)

Start by reproducing the issue in a Canvas Quiz using the Chrome Extension v0.67.0 on macOS, then inspect how Harper suggestion popups are rendered in that context. Done means the suggestion popup is fully visible and no longer clipped when opened after entering a grammatical error.
