On outlook or gmail theres a bug when changing to another word from harper

**Describe the bug**
When using Harper on outlook or Gmail there's a bug when appears a word that have an error and try to change it to a word of Harper it duplicate all the text on the message.

**Expected behavior**
when changing the word it is expected to change only the word and not all the phrase.

**Platform**
the issue is on outlook and Gmail using the chrome extension.

Reproduce the replacement action in Gmail and Outlook using the Chrome extension, starting with a message containing a Harper-detected word. Follow the word-change flow and verify that replacing one word changes only that word rather than duplicating the message text.
