[Obsidian] Tooltip in table does not render completely

**Describe the bug**
Hovering over a misspelling in a table in Obsidian does not render the full tooltip.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Create a new table in Obsidian
2. Spell a word incorrectly
3. Hover over the red squiggle

**Expected behavior**
Tooltip renders completely

Reproduce the issue in Obsidian by creating a table, misspelling a word, and hovering over the red squiggle. Trace the tooltip rendering path for table content; it is done when the full tooltip is visible rather than clipped.
