Unable to save profile after changing custom background image size

## Description / Observed Behavior
If you upload a custom background image and use the "Image size" option to rescale the image, it gives you the error "unable to save profile design" by every setting over 100%

I have tried changing with Chrome and Firefox it dosen't matter which browser I use it always gives me the same error when rescaling a custom background image.

## Expected Behavior

How did you expect the component or service to behave here?

When rescaling a custom background Image the user should be able to save the profile design.
