Keyring causing conflict loading Elementor

I have a site using Keyring with the Eventbrite API. It just started causing a conflict where Elementor Pro widget panel won't load. Did the deactivate all plugins thang. It's definitely a conflict with this particular plugin. Anyone have intel?

Reproduce the conflict with Keyring, the Eventbrite API plugin, and Elementor Pro enabled, then compare the Elementor widget panel with each plugin disabled. The issue is done when the conflicting behavior is isolated, the cause is documented, and the widget panel loads correctly with the relevant plugins active.
