Need to Show Events With No Tickets Available

Events without tickets available are not showing up on my site. The events are still live and not marked as private but they still won't show up on my site. Is this a feature or a bug?

Start by reproducing the missing-event behavior in the eventbrite-api plugin and inspect how Eventbrite events are fetched and filtered. Determine whether live, non-private events with no tickets are intentionally excluded or incorrectly omitted. Done means qualifying events without available tickets appear on the site, with the expected behavior confirmed.
