Make eslines ignore space changes

Fixing or changing indentation of a line with style violation triggers errors. I think there should be an option to ignore lines with just whitespace changes.

Start by locating where eslines processes ESLint JSON reports and detects indentation or whitespace changes. Determine how an option would be configured, then verify that lines changed only in whitespace do not trigger style-violation errors while other violations still do.
