Description

> When viewing the customizer I didn't realize the edit icons were related to the sidebar widgets because they overlapped the main content column's posts. If hovering the widgets themselves triggered some sort of hover state or triggered the edit button's hover state, I would have realized the widgets were editable within the customizer.
