NPS block renders error in editor when re-opening after publish

The NPS block is rendering a "This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed." in the editor when viewed on an existing published post.

The block still works as expected on the published page.

Reproduce the problem by reopening an existing published post containing the NPS block in the editor, then inspect the block's editor rendering path. Done means the block no longer shows the error in the editor while its published-page behavior continues to work.
