Description
The default background color of the feedback button is transparent when added to a page or post. Additionally, when modifying the colors, the changes aren't applied on the live site. The issue occurs on both simple and atomic sites.
Screen record: https://d.pr/v/4rV2l2
### Steps to reproduce
1. In the editor, add the Feedback Button block
2. In the block settings under "Block Styling", modify the color on any element
3. Preview page/post
### What I'd expect to happen
The block will display with the default color of white if no selected colors are made in the editor. Or, will display with modified colors if changes are made in the color settings.
### What actually happens
The block remains transparent regardless if colors are modified

Research direction
Reproduce the issue by adding the Feedback Button block in the editor and changing colors under Block Styling, then preview the page or post on both simple and atomic sites. Trace the Feedback Button block's styling and live rendering path; done means the default background is white and selected colors appear on the live site.
