Confusion about block title vs title on the block

For simplicity, the title of the responses page could be perhaps – <title of the feedback form> ..
The field can be removed from block settings, and if needed the user should be able to edit the form at CrowdSignal side

Review how the block title and the block title setting in the right sidebar are presented, along with the responses-page title described in the issue. Clarify the intended ownership and wording of these titles before changing the interface; done means the duplicate title concepts are no longer confusing.
