Search does not show on published pages

The search box shows and works great on a collection view in the cortext wp-admin

On the frontend, the search and filtering options are gone (filtering I sorta understand since you've made the grid/list/table choice for users already)

Compare the collection view in cortext wp-admin with the corresponding published frontend page, focusing first on where the search box is rendered. Confirm the expected behavior from the issue: search should be available and work on published collection pages; verify the frontend after making the change.
