Description
When I first switched Calypso to my language in order to garden our translation - it looked more English than Czech.
The good thing: most of the translations were already submitted and pending a review (everything was yellow)
The bad thing: there was no way for me to conveniently approve those translations. I had to open community translator for each of them, clicked the tiny link to open the phrase in GlotPress as a new tab and after few minutes went over hundred browser tabs to click "Approve" in each of them.
It would be so awesome for people with the ability to have the "Approve" button right in the community translator. Can we get this data to determine user's role and implement the approval button? I'm happy to help with that if somebody can point me into the right direction

Research direction
Start by locating the community translator UI and its GlotPress integration, then determine how the current user's role and pending translations are exposed. Done means users with approval permission can approve pending translations directly in the community translator instead of opening each phrase in GlotPress.
