Feature request: bulk deletion of guest authors and reassignment

When viewing the list of guest authors, it would be nice to be able to delete users in bulk and assign all deleted users' posts to a single user.

This isn't how most people use the plugin, though, so I understand that this will be tagged as low-priority and a feature request.

Start from the guest authors list in the WordPress plugin and trace the existing deletion and post-assignment behavior. Define the bulk-selection flow and confirm that deleted users' posts can be assigned to one selected user; done means both operations work together without leaving posts unassigned.
