Description
Though an co-author can already have a global "role" via a custom user meta field, it would be neat if you could specify the "role" for a co-author on a post by post basis.
Example:
- Jane Doe, Writer
- Joe Schmo, Photographer
We could/should do this when we redo the UI for selecting co-authors.

Research direction
Review the existing co-author selection UI and the custom user-meta role behavior described in the issue. Define how a role is selected and stored per post, then verify that different posts can show different roles for the same co-author in their bylines.
