Slow response after upload

I tried to upload a file and it has been successfully uploaded and also it returned me the links for the file and the stream url. But, it takes so much time to return exit.

Start by reproducing the upload command and measure the time between the successful upload, link and stream URL generation, and command exit. Trace the upload flow to identify where the delay occurs. Done means the command exits promptly after a successful upload while still returning the file links and stream URL.
