Epic: submit Build with WordPress outputs to official agent marketplaces

## Summary

Track official marketplace/listing submissions for Build with WordPress outputs that have a real upstream distribution surface.

All generated output PRs have landed and current `trunk` is verified by `pnpm build && pnpm verify`.

## Acceptance Criteria

- Every confirmed marketplace/listing path has its own child issue.
- Every submitted marketplace/listing records the submission URL, PR, ticket, or status here and in the child issue.
- Do not create submissions for outputs whose official surface is project-local config only.
- Do not invent marketplace/listing paths where official docs do not describe one.
- Exclude Claude Code and ChatGPT / Codex from new submission work because they are already listed.
- Exclude Cursor from new submission work unless the existing submission needs follow-up.
