Scrambled eggs

Best things in life are also often the simplest. This recipe produces rich and creamy scrambled eggs, that you'll go back to time and time again.

Ingredients

• 2 large eggs
• 1 tbs heavy whipping cream
• 1 tsp butter
• 1 tsp chopped chives
• salt, pepper

Directions

1. Whisk eggs, pinch of salt, and heavy cream together in a small bowl until smooth.
2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture; slowly cook and stir from time to time until set, 3 to 5 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with chives, and add freshly cracked pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
