Layout Grid: Support setting the gutter to spacingSizes/spacingScale values

Description
Currently, the Gutter setting in the Layout Grid block allows you to set the following values:
* No gutter
* Small: 8px
* Medium: 16px
* Large: 24px
* Huge: 48px
If the active theme has a theme.json file with `spacingSizes` or a `spacingScale` set, those values should also be included in the list of gutter values.
