Cannot close translation as admin

Hi!

I'd love to o translate my blog without the need to relogin as a different user from the Translator group. As an admin I cannot do that. Shows me that I don't have sufficient permission. Please fix that. I really like the idea of how you provide translation abillity.

Start by reproducing the problem as a WordPress administrator and trace the permission check used when closing a translation. Confirm how Translator-group users are authorized, then verify that an administrator can close translations without relogging and that existing permission restrictions still work.
