404 for english translatet pages

hi,
i just translatet nearly my comlete page (http://fsr-geo.de) and now i have two problems.
1. post works fine, but when i want to open a page i get every time a 404.
2. how can i translate the menue so that it will be shown in english when user choose to view the page in english.

i hope someone can help me soon.

Start by reproducing the 404 on the translated pages at http://fsr-geo.de and checking how the WordPress plugin handles translated page URLs. Also investigate how the menu language is selected; done means translated pages load successfully and the menu appears in English when the English view is chosen.
