Category translation error

Another related problem is that when you are displaying (i.e. http://www.mysite.com/en/category/philosophy/) and jump to the translation for that category (i.e. you're logged on and switch the language in the admin bar) the possible statuses are just two "In progress" and "Suspended", so "Completed" is missing. And when you click the "Update" buttton you get an error message saying you don't have the permissions to modify the article.

Reproduce the issue at the category URL /en/category/philosophy/ by switching languages from the WordPress admin bar. Check the translated category's available statuses and the result of clicking Update, then trace the category-translation and permission entry points until both reported errors are isolated. Done means the missing Completed status and incorrect permission error are resolved and the category can be updated.
