Description

**Describe the bug**
Here is what has happened so far: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/job-board-users/.

**To Reproduce**
so put a staging site - turned off all plugins except jobs theme 2024. created a employer account, created a test job and logged in. There is still no way to get to the job I created to edit it or to delete it because the job is filled. I just get a screen to create a new job as an employer logged in.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue on a staging WordPress site with all other plugins disabled, using WordPress 6.9, WP Job Manager 2.4.0, and PHP 8.3. Start from the employer dashboard after creating and filling a test job. Done means an employer can find, review, edit, and delete previously created jobs instead of seeing only the create-job screen.
