Can't Save Draft with reCaptcha v3

**Describe the bug**
When reCaptcha v3 is enabled, saving drafts does not work.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Enable reCaptcha v3
2. Create a new job listing
3. Click on save draft

**WordPress Environment**
- WordPress Version: 6.8.1
- WP Job Manager Version: 2.4.0
- PHP Version: 8.4.7

Start by reproducing the failure with reCaptcha v3 enabled, then trace the save-draft flow from the new job listing form through the plugin. Compare it with saving a listing without reCaptcha and identify where the request stops; done means drafts save successfully under the stated WordPress, WP Job Manager, and PHP versions.
