Description
**Describe the bug**
Adding a listing in the backend, there is no field to fill in a job description, wich threw an error in the Google Search Console. I suppose, due to this article (https://wpjobmanager.com/document/getting-started/adding-jobs-via-admin/#enter-the-job-title-and-description), that the post content will transfer into the "description" element. However, using the Oxygen Wordpress site builder, this isn't editable, hence no jobs will be posted on Google jobs.

**Expected behavior**
one of the two: If no post content is set,
- Either automatically set the job tasks description as the job description
- or add another field in the job data to add a description

Research direction
Start by reproducing the backend listing flow with the Oxygen builder and inspect the generated Google structured-data output for a missing description. Compare the behavior with the documented admin job-title and description flow; done means listings created with Oxygen expose a valid job description to Google Jobs when post content is absent.
