Setting role on user registration form

I am using WorksCout theme with WP JOB MANAGER

When registering. 2 roles Candidate or Employer
By default, wordpress role set as Employers
How force attribution to Candidate when this one is selected with the ration button before registering ?

This is important for me to set force this role.
After PMP Pro page appear with different levels for subscription.
Here then I would like limit subscription edition to the role assign prior.
