Description

**Describe the bug**
"Search Jobs" functionality inconsistent or not functioning correctly. Picks and chooses which keywords it responds to
no true "reset". new search should clear previous results.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to https://elitedatapartners.com/ scroll down to see "Current EDP Opportunities" use any of the locations/keywords from these jobs to conduct searches
2. Click on Jobs link at top of page or https://elitedatapartners.com/jobs/
3. go to form under "Here's our current opportunities"
a. Enter "PL/SQL' in "Keywords" section in form, Tab or hit "Search Jobs" button ...you get 4 results
b. Clear or reset search, (or refresh browser for complete reset) Enter "Oracle" in "Keywords" section in form, tab or hit "Search Jobs"
button, you should get 6 jobs back you get none.
c. Clear or reset search, (or refresh browser for complete reset) Next Enter "NYC" in "Location" section in form you get 1 result
d. Clear or reset search, (or refresh browser for complete reset) Next Enter "Remote" in "Location section in form, you should get
quite a few, but you get none.

**Expected behavior**
the resetting of form is quite basic, is not that great or not working that great. It should clear results of previous search if a new one generates none. a reset should reset everything, clearing form and previous results.

the major issue with this searching is as mentioned above.
**When I search for a keyword in a job, it should simply return those jobs that have that keyword**.
**When I search for a job using location, it should simply return those jobs that have locations I've specified**
Why it finds jobs with "PL/SQL" and not "Oracle" makes little to no sense.
Nor in the location, do i understand why it finds "NYC" but not "Remote"

Research direction

Reproduce the search behavior at the reported site and /jobs/ using WordPress 5.9.2, WP Job Manager 1.35.3, and PHP 7.4.28. Compare PL/SQL, Oracle, NYC, and Remote searches, including clearing or refreshing between searches. Done means keyword and location searches return matching jobs, a new empty search clears prior results, and reset clears both the form and results.
