Fix jobs listing admin table spacing and layout

The jobs listing admin view starts breaking long categories and/or tags:

This remains true even on a 30" monitor:

and regardless of theme.

Even with short categories and no tags, the column name "Categories" is broken up:

Start at the WordPress admin jobs listing view and its table styles, then reproduce the long-category, long-tag, and broken “Categories” cases shown in the issue screenshots across themes and viewport sizes. Done means the table remains readable without unwanted label wrapping or layout breakage in those cases.
