Add an dropdown and header on different pages

I have some questions about the Job Manager plugin and I hope you can help me with this. See below:

- https://oostlandwerkt.nl/vacatures/ and https://oostlandwerkt.nl/bedrijven/
Drop down at the heading 'Choose a municipality’, choose from Pijnacker-Nootdorp and Lansingerland. Is this possible?

- https://oostlandwerkt.nl/vacature/technisch-calculator-kassenbouw/ -> Add header with photo, is this possible when you open / see an vacancy?

- https://oostlandwerkt.nl/companies/burg-bedrijven/ -> Add banner / header as well, same questions as above. Is it possible to add an header / photo from the company.
