"Preview" link so that Managers/Clients can View an Unpublished Draft Job Ad when not logged in to WP

Scenario 1
User has a boss that is required to pre-approve a Job Ad before it can be published but boss is not a user/not logged in to platform

Secnario 2
Large client sends Job Ads to platform to be uploaded by platform CSR's but requires to pre-approve them before they are published - legal firm, pharmaceutical, banks, insurance co's jobs etc

Allow copy and paste link from Job Dashboard preview into any external email client or perhaps a simple "Send this link to" similar to link sharing on Google docs/OneDrive
No need for any complex platform approval process, merely to allow third parties (not logged in to WP) to preview a Job Ad prior to publishing and manually OK
Link live for say 48 hours only
Can't edit from link
Non indexable by Search Engines

Start from the Job Dashboard preview link and trace how an unpublished Job Ad is currently previewed. Define a shareable link for external, logged-out reviewers that expires after about 48 hours, cannot edit, and is non-indexable; verify the flow manually with the manager/client scenarios described in the issue.
