Description
It would be great to have the possibility to decline a job posted by a user, for example because of the content/description of the job has some mistakes or bad wordings.
In best case this decline-status sends an automatic email to the user.
I would be great to have a better job handling for the side admin in process to controll and approve the job if the admin has also the possibility to decline a job.
What do you think about this?

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reviewing the WordPress admin job approval flow and the existing email behavior; done means an administrator can decline a user-posted job and, if supported by the agreed design, the user receives an automatic email.
