Description

#### Steps to Reproduce
1. Use Elementor and WPJM
2. Use the [job_dashboard] shortcode in an Elementor box - in particular, try the "Tabs" widget
3. Try to Mark as Filled or Delete a job from the page

#### What Happened Instead

it failed; the page just refreshed and the job is not actually marked as filled or deleted.

Also, the links are displayed incorrectly; they are always visible as a bulleted list, rather than visible on mouseover on a single line.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the [job_dashboard] shortcode in an Elementor Tabs widget, then inspect the shortcode's handling of the Mark as Filled and Delete actions and its link presentation. Done means both actions complete instead of merely refreshing, and the links display on one line with the intended mouseover behavior.
