WP-Editor screenshots show HTML button, but does not exist on demo site

Is there a way to have some html editing functionality for the description fields? as you can see here [https://adventurejobboard.com/post-a-job/](https://adventurejobboard.com/post-a-job/) the editor is very plane and the listing look awefull.

With the demo pictures I see a small "html" above the description fields so is this only me?
