Description
When a featured image is set, WordPress adds it as OpenGraph/Oembed image, SEO plugins like Yoast add additional metadata related (e.g. `og:image`) to that featured image, etc. Can this plugin somehow activate the same hooks as it is the case for a normal post/page?

Research direction
Start by locating where the plugin handles images for categories, tags, and custom taxonomies, then compare that path with the WordPress hooks used for normal post/page featured images. Check how SEO plugins such as Yoast expose og:image metadata and how WordPress handles oEmbed images. Done means taxonomy images participate in the expected OpenGraph and oEmbed metadata flow.
