Description

### Problem Description

I am experiencing an issue where a loaded family containing voids that are intended to cut concrete elements leaves behind triangular artifacts in the IFC export (see attached image).
I have tried splitting the family so that rectangular and circular voids do not cut the object in the same operation, and I have also converted the circular voids into polygons. This has reduced the problem (I have several hundred instances of these concrete elements with doors along a tunnel), but it has not eliminated it completely.
I have tested several combinations of export settings under the Advanced IFC export options without any change. The only solution that mostly removes the issue is setting the Level of Detail to Extra Low, but in that case all circular geometry is converted into polygons, which is not acceptable for delivery to our client.
The locations of the openings are fixed and cannot be moved.
We are using IFC 2x3 Coordination View 2.0 and Revit IFC Add-on version 25.4.50.6.
What other options are available to resolve this issue?

Research direction

No source file, test, or reproducible model is identified. Start by verifying the reported Revit 2025.4.x and IFC add-on versions, then reproduce the IFC 2x3 export with the voided family and compare the attached artifact cases; done means identifying a reproducible cause or a confirmed fix that preserves circular geometry.
