Description

### Inquiry description

As the title says, but it only happens when first linking an IFC file. In the screengrab below, you can see it appearing briefly, only to be removed swiftly and never to reappear again:

However, when updating an IFC link, a new shared parameter file is created and *not* deleted (the behaviour we're accustomed to).

Is this by design? And if so, could it be changed back to the previous behaviour?

### Revit Version

2026.4.x

### IFC for Revit Addon Version

26.4.1

### Windows Version

11 25H2

Research direction

Reproduce the issue by linking an IFC file in Revit 2026.4.x with IFC for Revit 26.4.1, then compare the shared parameter file behavior with an IFC link update. Determine whether deletion during the first link is intentional; done means the behavior matches the expected previous behavior or the design is documented.
