Description

### Problem Description

... Hallo all,
i am finding that RVT is constantly adding a few degree decimal points to the angle parameters.
Not only the "calculated" values, but also user typed values that have nothing to do with the model configuration.
In this case the parameter for "required slope".

### Revit Version

Research direction

The issue names no source file, test, or entry point. Reproduce the angle and required-slope behavior in Revit 2026.4.x with IFC for Revit 26.4.1, then trace the parameter handling; done means user-entered and calculated angle values are no longer altered with extra decimal degrees.
