Description

### Problem Description

The ```IfcSpace```-related bug fixes in the latest 25.4.4 release seem to have introduced this new bug. In some models we now see some rooms displaced horizontally:

The relative distances between the displaced rooms are also wrong, i.e. they are being drawn apart:

Additionally, in IFC2x3 CV2 we see room boundaries that are displaced and drawn apart:

I am able to share one of the affected models non-publicly.

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by obtaining the affected model and reproducing the horizontal displacement with Revit 2025.4.x and IFC for Revit 25.4.0, then inspect the recent IfcSpace-related changes; the fix is complete when rooms and IFC2x3 CV2 boundaries retain their positions and relative distances.
