Description

### Problem Description

Hi everyone,
I've noticed that the IfcBuildingStorey information coming from IfcWindow and IfcDoor does not correspond with what was modeled in Revit. We have modeled 120 Windows instances in Revit at the underground level and IFC reports 247 IfcWindow instances on the same level (IfcBuildingStorey). 127 instances have therefore the wrong information.

It happens that all these 127 instances have an Revit assembly associated and its Revit built-in parameter Export to IFC is set to No.

I was expecting all these elements to have the right IfcBuildingStorey information associated to them.
Ifc exporter version: 25.4.3.0

### Revit Version

2025.4.x

### IFC for Revit Addon Version

25.4.0

### Windows Version

Research direction

No source file or test is named. Start by reproducing the issue with the reported Revit 2025.4.x model and IFC exporter versions, focusing on IfcWindow and IfcDoor instances with a Revit assembly whose Export to IFC parameter is No. Done means the exported IfcBuildingStorey values match the modeled levels for the affected elements.
