### Problem Description
Hello,
an exported mass as IfcSpace is exported with some wrong units in the base quantities.
Height IFC >> Tiefe Revit
Unit is swapped.
GrossFloorArea and GrossCeilingArea ???
_GrossFloorArea is a wrong calculation from "Tiefe x Höhe", it should be "Länge x Tiefe"._
_GrossCeilingArea possible the same wrong calculation._
