Description
### Enhancement Description
Inspired by the positive comment on my request for IDS auditing, I'd like to propose bSDD integration. I know there are third party integrations out there but they all are pretty clunky and it would really, really awesome to have this out of the box. Also, not just classifications, but properties and materials too which almost everybody seems to ignore for some bizarre reason. This would also feed into IDS integration (URIs) and IFC export (e.g. automatic pset name mapping).
The easiest way to explain the ideal workflow is this video here: https://cloud.thinkmoult.com/ifc-videos/bsdd.mp4
So similar to how you can add properties from a shared parameter file or ACC's cloud parameter service, another method would be from one or more dictionaries that are enabled for the project.
Preemptively answering the "is it used" question, Lendlease defines a dictionary for all its standardised terms that are part of our minimum standards, and Australian government depts like transport are adopting it too. I'm in talks with Uniclass / VBIS to better maintain their bSDDs, and we'll be preparing a health dictionary too for Australian health projects.

Research direction
No source files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Start by locating the existing shared parameter or ACC cloud parameter integration, then trace how IDS URIs and IFC export property-set mappings are handled. Done means an enabled project dictionary can provide classifications, properties, and materials and feeds the described IDS and IFC workflows.
