Description

### Problem Description

Hello,
if you export curved Structral Framing into IFC4x3 - geometry is not correct (rotated, mirrored, ...)
![Image](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/282f12ca-a8f6-49e6-948a-b9573595921f)

In IFC 2x3 and IFC4 (ARC or STR Reference view are correct)

IFC 4x3 has this incorrect export.

Tested in Revit 2024 and Revit 2026 → Same behavior

Research direction

Start by reproducing the export with the attached CurvedStructuralFraming.zip source in Revit 2024 or 2026 and compare IFC4x3 geometry with IFC2x3 and IFC4 outputs. Trace the IFC4x3 structural-framing geometry export path; done means curved framing is no longer rotated or mirrored in the IFC4x3 result.
