Description

### Problem Description

We can't export the Area parameter value of a room object to a custom property set (client requirement). There is no such limitation for the areas of area objects.

Tested for both IFC2x3 CV2 & IFC4 RVArch

Research direction

Start with the supplied test file, 855_RoomAreaToCustomPset.rvt, and reproduce the export under IFC2x3 CV2 and IFC4 RVArch using Revit 2025.4.x and IFC for Revit 25.4.0. Done means the Room Area parameter appears in the exported custom property set, matching the behavior reported for area objects.
