Description

### Inquiry description

Hello,
is there a way to export layers as BUildingElementParts for roofs? There is a way to do that for floors but even for them it works only when the floor is without slope or with slope defined with SLope Arrow.

When i use Sub Elements (Points, Split Lines) the floor export as one piece.

See RVT (2024) and IFC file attached in ZIP archive.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the roof and floor exports from the attached RVT_IFC.zip using Revit 2024 and IFC for Revit 24.x on Windows 11. Compare sloped floors using Slope Arrow versus Sub Elements and roof output, then document or fix the export behavior so the relevant layers are emitted as separate BuildingElementParts.
