Description

### Problem Description

I'm using the shared parameter file (psets as part of the name of the parameter), and I cannot get the Pset_WindowCommon.ThermalTransmittance to export in Revit 2022 (IFC exporter v. 22.7.0.0) with or without a parameter mapping file, but it does so without any problem in Revit 2024 (v. 24.2.0.49).

### Revit Version

2022.0.x

### IFC for Revit Addon Version

Other / None

### Windows Version

Research direction

Reproduce the IFC export with Revit 2022 and IFC exporter 22.7.0.0 using the shared parameter file, both with and without a parameter mapping file, then compare it with Revit 2024 version 24.2.0.49. Trace how Pset_WindowCommon.ThermalTransmittance is handled during export; done means the parameter exports consistently in Revit 2022.
