Ifc exporter 23.3.1 (Not Exported does not respond, Switching properties, missing property set!)

### Problem Description

Hi everyone,

I'm having new issues with the Ifc exporter (23.3.1):

1- In older version i used to add **Not Exported** in the Ifc Options in Revit to prevent exporting assemblies but unfortunately its not working anymore with the 32.3.1 version!
The new exporter keep exporting assemblies and even change the locations of some objects which are members of the assemblies.


2- He does also switch some properties of the parts with openings! (Those properties are exported from Revit schedule)


3- The default property set (Profile) is missing in the ceiling parts with opening! (Not in the vertical ones)

*I have attached the Revit file i used to make the ifc export.
Hope to find solution of the upper three issues.

Start by reproducing the IFC export from the attached Rev_test2.zip using Revit 2023.0.x and IFC exporter 23.3.1. Compare assembly exclusion and object locations, part properties around openings, and the missing Profile property set; done means all three reported discrepancies are resolved.
