Description
### Problem Description
Base quantities of concrete columns are off as soon as the column contains an opening. If the opening is generated by a loadable void cut family there are also some base quantities missing. Tested for IFC2x3 CV2.

Column with OOTB opening:

Research direction
Start with the Revit model linked in the issue and reproduce the IFC2x3 CV2 export using Revit 2023.1.x and IFC for Revit 23.3.0. Compare base quantities for columns without openings, with OOTB openings, and with attached void cut families; done means the quantities are correct and no base quantities are missing.
