PropertySet file located in BIM360 / ACC

Can it be possible for Revit to read PropertySet files located on BIM360 / ACC for multiple.

Currently it is possible but only for one user.
The linking goes through Desktop Connector and which will be something like: "C:\Users\INI\ACCDocs\"
INI is the username.
When set up, the path reference will be with the creator setup: with the creators username.
When another person export with the setting, the file can't be found, because the username - and therefore the path - is not the same

Start by reproducing the PropertySet export setup through the Desktop Connector path under C:\Users\\ACCDocs\. Trace how the creator's username becomes part of the stored path, then verify that another user can export using the same BIM360/ACC PropertySet location without a user-specific path failure.
