Missing composite profile when material profile sets have multiple profiles

Originally reported here, there's two issues here, one is why Revit thinks its a good idea in the first place to define a beam like this as such, as secondly the IFC is invalid due to the missing composite profile:

Begin with the linked OSArch report and reproduce the beam case in Revit that uses a material profile set with multiple profiles. Trace the IFC export entry point that handles this profile data, then verify that the resulting IFC contains the required composite profile and is valid.
