Description
Two annoying settings, that could be vastly improved if included into the IFC Export GUI:
1. Why do we have to go into the Revit.ini file in order to change IFC Layer standards? This is a ridiculous workaround, and very inconvenient as it has to been done per user, per workstation.
2. Setting the IFC Class mapping table based on Revit instance is also very inconvenient if you switch between different settings.
Why are not these two settings added to the IFC Export setup GUI (the same way as user property sets), so that they can be associated to different export profiles that at least follows the Revit model?

Research direction
Start by reviewing the IFC Export setup GUI and how IFC Layer standards and the IFC Class mapping table are currently read from Revit.ini or selected per Revit instance. Done means both settings can be configured in the export GUI and associated with export profiles that follow the Revit model.
